Topic of this master thesis is design and development of a battery powered snow cleaning device, also known as snow blower. There are different types of snow cleaning devices on the market and they are listed and described as well as battery types and models. Technical specification and the targets of development are set and the functional structure of the product is made based on those subjects. Possible solutions of functions listed in the functional structure are shown in the morphological matrix and there are three concepts developed based on it. Throughout concept evaluation best concept is selected for further design and development. Calculation of capacity and strength of key elements is carried out and standard elements are picked out. In the end, using SolidWorks software, 3D CAD model and technical documentation is made.
