The subject of this thesis is industrial hemp utilization, specifically the hemp stalk, with a purpose of obtaining hemp fibre. Starting from an idea, due to a lack of this type of hemp utilization machines, all needed parts were calculated and configured, a 3D model was made with needed technical documentation and with proper analysis of the targeted market and current machine offer on the market. The purpose of this machine is to succesfully remove the woody core in the stalk from the fibre core, separately divide it, and continuously clean and dispatch the fibre without any damage. Since the availability of information on experimental analyzes and existing solutions is rather weak, the given solution needs to be further examined in greater detail, especially because of the current need for such a machine in Croatia.
